Is this therapy?

No. Koomba provides performance and wellness coaching. Our coaches help athletes build mental skills, nutrition habits, and resilience. We do not diagnose or treat clinical conditions. If clinical support is needed, we help families find the right resources.

Who are the coaches?

Every Koomba coach is vetted and credentialed. They are certified mental performance coaches and sport nutritionists, many of whom are former athletes themselves. They understand the unique pressures of competitive sport.

Is it safe and private?

Absolutely. All sessions are confidential. Your athlete's information is protected with audit-ready HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance.

What will my athlete experience?

Your athlete will be matched with a coach based on their sport, goals, and needs. Sessions are 1:1 video calls, typically 30-50 minutes. They'll build a personalized plan for their performance and wellbeing.
